We take security very seriously and our site uses the latest security, complying with and exceeding all necessary security requirements to protect your details. We do not store any sensitive information (card number, etc).
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt,however we do not dispatch on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.

Items purchased will be shipped using Royal Mail 2nd/1st Class or Recorded Delivery and will need to be signed for as proof of delivery.

International delivery times will vary depending on the country:
European orders should take between 7-10 working days.
The rest of the world please allow 10-14 days for delivery.
Please note that customers living outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed. We will ship orders outside of the EC as gifts and without documents. Should you return the item, we offer a full refund, less delivery costs.
We will be despatching orders up to 23rd December. Please be sure to order before 21st December to ensure you receive your gifts before Christmas. An additional charge for next day delivery will be required, please call for details.
If the goods are unsuitable or faulty please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the goods or return them to us within 14 days. Please return the goods to us specifying if you would like a replacement or full refund.
If the goods are unsuitable then we must be able to resell the goods so if the packaging has been damaged then we may reclaim the cost of the packaging. We are not able to refund or replace personalised goods unless they are faulty as we are not able to resell them.
You will receive a refund or replacement within 2 weeks of returning the goods

Exchange an Item
Please follow the 'Returns' procedure for the return of the item you would like to exchange.
If the item you received is faulty, please follow the 'Returns' procedure for the return of the item you would like to have inspected You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Upon receipt of your goods we will inspect it and either refund, replace or repair your item.
If you suspect that the item you received is not what you have ordered, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 01874 610066 and provide, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
